  1. Edit menu:  commands for editing and copying records.

  3. Undo:  undoes the last operation.

  5. Cut:  removes the current selection and copies it to the clipboard.

  7. Copy:  copies the current selection to the clipboard.
  8.  
  9. Paste:  inserts the contents of the clipboard.

  11. New Record:  adds a new record to the active Phonebook document.
  12.  
  13. Edit Record:  edits the currently selected record.
  14.  
  15. Delete Record:  deletes the currently selected record.
  16.  
  17. Find:  search for a record.
  18.  
  19. Find Again:  search for the next record identified by Find.
  20.  
  21. You must first select Find before using Find Again.

  23. Categories:  edit the categories for this Phonebook document (categories appear in the Categories popup menu at the bottom of the Phonebook window).
